A little update for all my lovely client

This has saddened me I have had to put this in place
But I have I have no choice when it comes to protecting what I have spent years building I hope you all understand. ❤️

I completely understand that sometimes life happens and things come up unexpectedly. However, appointments that are cancelled at short notice or missed altogether mean that I’m unable to offer that time to someone else.

Going forward, late cancellations and no-shows will therefore incur a charge. This isn’t something I’ve taken lightly, but it’s necessary to protect my time and my business.

I really appreciate your understanding and continued support. ❤️

Thank you to everyone for your continued support and loyalty to me it honestly means the world 🫶🏼❤️
