We’ve partnered with Sarah Hyland Sarah Hyland - menopause doula a qualified Menopause Doula, to host a series of FREE Menopause Drop-In Sessions right here in Chatham.

Pop in for a warm, friendly chat in a calm, non-clinical space. Whether you need help prepping questions for your GP, want to talk through symptoms, or simply need a cup of tea and a listening ear, our door is open.

FREE to attend. No appointment or referral needed—just drop in! Stay for as little or as long as you like.

If you’ve followed our page for a while, you might have seen our updates, but we wanted to take a moment to reintroduce who we are, what we do, and how we support our community right in the heart of Chatham.

​We are a non-profit community sanctuary situated inside Cleopatra's Chatham a hair salon in Chatham, offering complete discretion, warmth, and dignity for anyone navigating health journeys, treatment side effects, or difficult times.

What we offer at 25 Military Road
💇‍♀️ Professional-grade quality wigs, plus advice and guidance to help you choose what suits you best. We also provide headscarves, turbans, and adhesive eyebrows.
🎗️ Private, gentle bra fittings tailored for post-surgery comfort, alongside adhesive ni***es to help rebuild body confidence.
☕ A relaxed, safe space to sit down, enjoy a cuppa, and connect with people who listen (will be launching officially soon)
🤝 Helping you navigate local health resources, community groups, and practical support.
