Apologise that I’ve not posted in soo long! 🫣We are so busy in the salon at the moment and I guess life has just got in the way! 🫣 I just could not let my lovely client today go without posting her transformation! This inspiring lady has had 3 separate cancers and the treatments that cured her have unfortunately taken a toll (hopefully temporarily) on her hair! I carried out a thorough consultation with my client and after recommending a topper or possibly a wig my client really wanted to go ahead with hair extensions! The confidence this lady had dancing out of the salon this afternoon 🥲 made me feel so proud to be in a career that makes people feel so special and confident! And all in a couple of hours! ⏰ Enjoy your new locks! (client’s story and photos shared with her permission of course).

You may already be familiar with Ellie as she is transferring to us from our sister salon, The salon in Walderslade village. With LK being so busy this is perfect timing to add another stylist to our team. We know you will all love Ellie, she is an excellent addition to our team and we all look forward to working with Ellie. 💕

We have run a check on our water this morning and we are pleased to report it is clear 😃 so we are open as usual today!

We have made the decision to CLOSE FOR THE REST OF TODAY (WEDNESDAY) as we have got very dirty water 💦 …But luckily our sister salon The salon @ Walderslade village is unaffected so any clients that are booked for this afternoon we can still accommodate you in our sister salon with your normal stylist, just a different location! 😃

We shall be contacting those that are affected and we should hopefully be back to normal tomorrow. Many thanks for your understanding!

Christmas Eve marked LK’s 21st birthday!

I can not believe I’ve had LK for 21 years! It’s a huge,huge accomplishment, especially in today’s climate. I’ve enjoyed every minute of it!
It’s made me laugh (and cry) over the years but I’ve honestly had the time of my life. I’ve worked with some incredible people over the years and not to mention all of our lovely clients over the years too. It’s never been just a place of work to me, it’s been a 2nd home where I work with friends and our clients become friends too. I’m so proud of this place, what it has become and what it continues to be!
