“ cancellations made within 48 hours incur 50% charge, cancellations within 12 hours will incur 100% charge of the appointment value”
This is to protect our income as it is very difficult to find a last-minute appointment when time has been set aside for you. We do emergency crown crop up, but we ask for as much notice as possible for any changes.
