This week has been hot, hot, hot here 😎 which has been a welcome change from what seemed like an endless grey rainy May.

The warmer days maybe welcome however the warmer nights don't always make for easy bedtimes with little ones.

There's lots of tips around on how to keep cool in the heat. A good way to check if your baby is too hot is to check the back of their neck, tummy or on their back underneath clothes (babies hands and feet are usually cooler than the rest of their bodies.

A tepid (not cold) bath before bedtime is a great way to cool the skin and core body temperature, to help your little one settle more easily for the night. 👶

Today is World Bicycle Day, so think we'll pack up a picnic and head outside somewhere new. What about you?
