🌟 June was MASSIVE for our amazing group!

Every single one of you contributed to an incredible 356.5 lbs / 25.5 stone lost together - and this visual shows just how HUGE that really is. A whole panda… a piano… a fridge… hundreds of cans of soup. It’s mind‑blowing what can happen when people show up for themselves and support each other.

But the numbers are only part of the story.

This is 356.5 lbs of determination, courage, consistency, and choosing YOU - even on the tough weeks. It’s proof that our group is a place where real change happens, where you’re lifted up, encouraged, and never judged.

I am so proud of every single member who walked through the door in June.
Whether you lost half a pound or hit a personal milestone, you contributed to something incredible.
