A wonderful evening out at Prezzo last night having a much needed catch up with a friend. I opted for the spaghetti bolognaise with a salad, only 9 swips while following Slimming World’s food optimising.
Great company, great food, great evening 😍

Really enjoyed my food today 🥰 ending the day on 8.5 swips and each meal has been yummy and satisfying.

I was starting to over think meal planning and setting too high expectations of myself so decided to keep things simple and plan meals I love that take little effort to make 🥰
