Welcome to Golden Essence, where healing, harmony and balance unite.
I offer Massage and Reflexology, Sound Healing, Qi-Gong, Sound-baths and Retreats, nurturing your mind, body and spirit to restore peace, vitality, for overall wellbeing.
Every year, we arrive a day before our guests. It gives us precious time to settle in, prepare the retreat space with love, and arrive feeling calm and grounded ourselves.
We always make time to climb Glastonbury Tor, taking in the breathtaking views and soaking up the beautiful energy of this sacred place. We also enjoy wandering through streets of Glastonbury, visiting a few of our favourite shops before our retreat begins.
Starting our own journey in this way helps us welcome everyone with peaceful hearts, open arms, and the calm energy we hope our guests will feel from the moment they arrive. 💜✨

✨ A beautiful summer soundbath awaits
Imagine floating peacefully on warm water as a gentle summer breeze drifts through the open bi fold doors. The birds are singing, nature surrounds you and the vibrations of the gongs, singing bowls and chimes wash gently over you, inviting your body and mind into deep relaxation.
Our Floating Sound Baths are so much more than a relaxation session. They are an opportunity to pause, reconnect with yourself and share a peaceful evening with a lovely, like minded community.
Afterwards, you’re warmly invited to stay for a complimentary drink, enjoy a chat and gently ease back into the rest of your evening.
We have just a few spaces remaining this Thursday 9th July. Each soundbath last 75 minutes and costs £45. If you would prefer to go on a Sunlounger, we do have poolside spaces.

I’m always asked “how do we get on and off an air bed, fully clothed” Well here you go, I’m showing you how it’s done and hope to ease any anxiety.
The airbeds are sturdy, there’s three of us helping you get on, and if you still feel you would rather not go on an air bed, we have some really comfortable sun loungers poolside, where you can enjoy the lovely soundbath.

If you prefer to go poolside on a comfortable sun, lounger, with pillow, blanket, and bolster it cost £35
