Allow yourself time to completely switch off, float, rest and be immersed in the soothing vibrations of the gongs and singing bowls.

As we surrender to the rich undertones and overtones of the gongs, there’s no melody to follow and nothing to work out.
The mind can simply let go, allowing us to drift into a deeply meditative state.
A space to rest, release and simply be. ✨
We still have some movement spaces on our 8 pm Floating Soundbath this evening.
Join us Saturday 12th September at 8 till 9:15 pm to unwind from the day, to release any stresses and to deeply relax, in the most peaceful Health club.
Don’t rush away afterwards, have a healthy drink and give yourself time to come around after the session, before going home on your onward journey.
It cost £45 and you’ll lay down on a luxury double air bed, within a small group.

We held two beautiful full sessions of Floating Soundbath last night.Each deeply relaxing, and a chance for everyone to switch off, in such a beautiful environment.

A beautiful day at Cambridge Wellness Festival ✨
On The Green at Cambridge Biomedical Campus, surrounded by Royal Papworth Hospital, The Rosie and AstraZeneca, bringing together holistic health, wellness and beautiful high frequencies. ✨
The whole festival was completely free, giving staff, doctors, nurses, patients and the wider Cambridge community the opportunity to take some time out of their day to focus on their own wellbeing.
There was such a wonderful mix of Qi Gong, yoga, Tai Chi, sound healing, meditation, massage, workshops, expert talks and so many different approaches to health and wellbeing.
I absolutely loved sharing Qi Gong and Sound Baths throughout the day and seeing people arrive busy and perhaps a little stressed, then leave feeling calmer, lighter and more relaxed. 💛
It felt really special to bring these ancient and holistic practices into the heart of one of the world’s leading medical and research communities.
A beautiful reminder that looking after our health is about caring for the mind, body and soul. ✨
So grateful to have been part of it. 🙏🏻💛
