The Beauty Club

Hi everyone,

I'm sure some of you are wondering why I haven't released my availability for the long awaited 12 April.

Im really sad to say that unfortunately, it is time for me to say goodbye to The Beauty Club and close my doors.

After 2 (and a bit) years in business, my life is now taking a different path and I am going to pursue a new career.

I have absolutely loved every single second of this journey, I have made some amazing friendships and I will miss seeing you all every few weeks for a catch up.

Thank you for being so patient with me while I've trained, used some of you as models, tried new designs and all the rest!

The Beauty Club will always have a special place in my heart. Proof that if you put your mind to something, you can definitely achieve it. I have built a business from nothing to back to back clients, word of mouth referrals and returning, loyal clients.

Thank you all again, for everything.

Hello ladies!

Long time no speak! What a crazy, crazy year it has been. I cannot put into words how much I have missed you all and how much I’ve missed my job!

We went into lockdown in March 2020 forcing me to close my doors, I then had my beautiful baby girl on 16th June! I planned to take 3 months maternity, but due to the fact my house was taking longer to be completed than we had thought, I wasn’t able to reopen when restrictions were lifted.

Hopefully, we are about to receive the news that personal care can resume on 12 April (although not set in stone and so much can change before then) I am hoping to be able to return to work then!

I will be returning to on a work part time basis initially, and have not yet decided on my days/times. I just wanted to come back on to social media, say hello and see how you all are.

I’d love to hear from you and I’d love to see you again! So, if you’re thinking you’d like your nails, lashes or brows done when I reopen, comment below to let me know I’m going to see you back at The Beauty Club!

Hi ladies, I’m missing you all like crazy! I hope you are all keeping safe and well and are enjoying some time at home with loved ones!

Just to let you all know I have completed the Barbicide Covid-19 course ready for my return to work - I still do not know when that will be but will of course update you all when I know!

I want you all to know that when we do eventually see each other again, I will make sure that every single possible measure is put in place to ensure everyone’s safety.

To all my lovely, loyal customers. It’s the post I was really hoping I wasn’t going to have to write.

Unfortunately, the time has come for me to close my business until all of this madness has blown over.
•
After the announcement that all bars, pubs and shops are to close, I have decided that it is only right that I close my doors too. I am in the vulnerable category due to being pregnant and I also have close family members who are high risk so I have to put themselves and myself first.
•
I am hoping and praying that in a few weeks time it will be safe enough for me to continue to work as I am most definitely not ready to start my maternity leave just yet.

All appointments that are currently booked in are cancelled and I will be taking no new bookings until I know it’s safe to do so. Any deposits that have been sent can be transferred to a new date.

Hi ladies,

Just wanted to give a little update as I am sure a lot of people have questions with regards to their appointments.

I am still working, and will continue to do so until the Government deems it unsafe to do so.

A couple of points regarding the situation that I would like to touch on:

* If you have any form of cold or flu, or any of the symptoms of Corona Virus, please cancel your appointment - you will not be charged a fee (please do not use this as an opportunity to cancel appointments if not necessary - I am still a small business trying to survive in this climate!)

* Please use a toilet before you come to your appointment. I am trying to minimise the amount of people coming in and out of my house, so my toilet will no longer be available to clients - I'm sorry and I really hope you understand.

* Please remember to wash your hands upon entering the studio and then use the hand sanitiser that I have provided.

Thank you so much to everyone for being so understanding. Let's hope this all blows over soon and we can all go back to normal!

📆📘 APRIL/MAY APPOINTMENTS - PLEASE READ 📘📆

Hi ladies, most of you know my personal circumstances around my house renovation! During the months of April and May 2020, appointments may be restricted to certain times to minimise having long gaps in the day. I will be working on a back to back basis, therefore, any appointments already booked for April/May are absolutely fine, but I will be working around what I already have booked in my diary.

Please understand I may not be able to be as flexible as I usually am, and I hope it doesn’t cause too much inconvenience!
