Parking: Free parking in Mill Lane and Guiathavon Street just by the shop. Free parking also in Holly Bank but not between 11.30-12.30. There are 2 paying carparks 4 minutes walk from the shop, one at the top of Mill Lane as you turn left just by the roundabout (opposite Tommy Tuckers) and one when you drive through the high street and turn left into Guiathavon Street (by Prezzo) and then first right and the carpark is there.

Good Morning……

Today I’m doing something crazy but it’s for a very good cause so I’m putting aside my nerves and trying to remain calm as I board the train and head towards London Hyde Park.

My start time is 9.30 am and I’m hoping to enjoy every step as I take part in The Royal Parks Half Marathon running for The Stroke Association.

My reasons for doing this half marathon is very clear after what recently my family have been through and your support will be so gratefully received in a text of encouragement, a Facebook/Instagram shoutout or a donation using the link below.

Christmas Hours & Appointments

It is an exciting time of the year as Santa is on his way……. anddddd it’s my birthday but, before any of that, there is alot of work to do!

Ever blessed to be fully booked again and, as always, I will do my very best to be there for you when you need me at this busy time…. my Crazy Hours are back!!!

If you haven’t been able to get booked in please do message me directly and I will add you to my cancellation list.

Cancellations and Policy

If you are unable to attend your appointment for any reason please do allow, at least, 24 hours notice. This notice period gives me the best chance to try and fill your appointment slot as, as you can imagine, this time of year is extremely busy and I do not want to let anyone down.

If you cancel within the 24 hour notice period and I’m unable to fill your appointment slot I would politely ask for your booked treatment to be paid for in full.

“The day I finally climbed Ben Nevis”

Earning the right to now be able to call Ben Nevis “The Ben” was a goal I had set myself many years ago after a failed attempt in 2015. Back then, I hadn’t realised just how close we were to the summit, but, knee deep in snow, unable to separate the sky to the ground we had no choice and our guide insisted we turn around and commence the ascent down.

On Saturday I worked out that I had been about 20 minutes to the summit back then but, actually, I’m glad it worked out that way, and, I’m so glad I returned with my partner in crime , completed it together and met the people we did who touched our hearts with there selfless goal, sheer grit and determination.

Dear “The Ben” thank you for allowing us to climb you, thank you for the beautiful weather and absolutely stunning, breath taking views but you were hard, so so hard, long and today as I write this post with muscles that do not allow me to walk with ease, in fact, I’m resembling a waddling duck but I’m happy, so very happy that you have been accomplished but never, ever, everrrr again.

Onto planning our next adventure, great things to come………
