Just a little insight into what goes on during one of my treatments or courses. So we’re not only dealing with the topical rosacea here, of course we’re going to sort that out with the Environ cool peels and LED mask but we’re taking a deeper dive and trying to figure out the reason the skin is reacting like this. So rosacea is heavily connected to the gut and any imbalance or stress that the gut is going through, will reflect in the face and often in rosacea. So alongside her skin treatments we are treating her with Accumax and Clear skin biome supplements, which will not only help calm the skin but also balance the Microbiome in her gut. And I don’t just stop there, I want to know why the gut is stressed. So, when my hands are on a client can feel for where muscles and areas of the body face and neck are tight and tense and so this client SCM muscle in her neck was large, tense and her body was showing signs of fight of flight symptoms that had manifested in the hardening and stiffening of her upper body and neck. So I worked on the muscle but also helped to, relax and calm the vagus nerve which, with it being so stimulated this is most probably causing all of her symptoms. So whilst working on her vagus nerve and SCM muscle I can literally hear her stomach gurgling while it’s relaxing and releasing and letting go of the need to be in fight of flight. It’s amazing how deep you need to go, in order to treat skin. It is the clue from our body showing us what’s wrong and to just treat the skin alone is like sticking a plaster on it and hoping it goes away.
As with all my treatments you get a little science and a little spiritual in order to heal.
These pictures are only after 2 sessions. She has a few more to go and I can’t wait to see the results and to also see how she is feeling overall.
