1-2 day courses in Natural Lift Facial Massage, Indian Head Massage, Thai Foot Massage and Deep Tissue Massage. Also longer Holistic Massage Courses are also available. Come and join us to learn some amazing massage technqiues with a friend (so you can practise on each other?!). It can be a good idea to start with a shorter massage course before you decide whether to invest your time and money into a longer body massage qualification. Courses include:- a full manual, refreshments, theory (benefits, contra-indications, A&P, cautions, safety, client care, etc.) and plenty of practical experience broken down into small steps.
