I started doing brows because I loved them.
I never imagined they’d give me the life I have today.
And trust me… I’m only just getting started. 😅💗
My client today shared something with me that really stuck.
A few years ago, she was turned away because the artist didn’t feel confident working on darker skin.
As much as I respect the artist’s honesty, it reminded me just how important education is in our industry.
Every client deserves to feel safe, welcomed and confident when they sit in our chair, regardless of their skin tone.
That comes from artists continuously investing in their education, understanding different skin types and tones, and never stopping learning.
The more we raise the standard of education, the better the experience becomes for every single client and I’m grateful she was able to leave my studio happy and with beautiful brows 🥰💕

I genuinely think the brow industry has overlooked henna. 👀
Somewhere along the way, everyone started talking about hybrid… and it’s like henna just disappeared from the conversation.
Don’t get me wrong, I use hybrid too.
But henna is still one of the treatments that helped build my business, and I honestly think it’s massively underrated.
The problem isn’t henna…
It’s that so many artists were never taught how to actually get the best out of it.
