We’ve been working together since January to support her rosacea and dermatitis and this has definitely not been a quick fix.
She’s been consistent with her Skin Space membership, a strict simple home routine and monthly treatments 🤍
With reactive skin I will always take the less is more approach. Calming the nervous system, supporting the skin barrier and slowly building the skin back up rather than throwing loads of products and treatments at it.
We identified her triggers, created a bespoke plan and WOW it’s paid off ☺️
But it takes time!! Consistency really is everything when it comes to skin.

Less is more.
You really don’t need a huge skincare routine or a shelf full of products to have great skin.
The clients of mine who have the best skin right now? We’ve prioritised the basics, stayed consistent with treatments, and their skin is reaping the rewards. 🫧
Simple. Consistent. Effective.

Highly recommend glamping (even though it was blaaaaaady freeeeeezing at night 9c 🥶) I needed 2 hot water bottles to sleep! 👑 Also, how bloody noisy are sheep in Wales?! 😂🐑
We stayed in a bell tent for the weekend, visited Hay-on-Wye for a little mooch around, bought some really cute bits in the market and did the 4 waterfall trek in the Brecons - where we found out our dog is part mountain goat 🐐😂
On the way home we stopped off in Ledbury & Bourton-on-the-Water where I bought some more artwork. We have a tradition every year where we buy artwork on our anniversary from somewhere we’ve been and now have some really lovely bits 🤍
I also dropped our dog’s ice cream in the water and Jord had to jump in to get it because we didn’t want to litter hahaha 🐶🍦
Gorgeous gorgeous weekend with the hubby to celebrate our wedding anniversary 🤍

If I could only choose one LED wavelength for reactive or compromised skin… it would be Near Infrared. 🤍
It’s invisible to the eye, but don’t let that fool you.
NIR reaches deeper into the skin, supporting your skin cells with the energy they need to repair, recover and function at their best.
This is why I often recommend it for clients with redness, sensitivity, a weakened skin barrier or those recovering after skin treatments.
Sometimes the best thing we can do isn’t to add more products.
Sometimes we simply need to give the skin the right conditions to heal.
