I went to
And what a fab time I had!
I started the day with an amazing Yoga session I cannot tell you how much I needed that at 10am this morning.

Having had a little bit of a stressful week and carry lots of twinges I went to Collette got acupuncture. This amazing therapy was insanely good

Wondering the stalls I met some wonderful people and found out about some fantastic medical research that is happen and my scientific background kicked in and I immediately signed up!

I bumped into the fantastic Ola who was running boxercise and fitness classes. We must catch up soon!

Then the brilliant .uk who I’ve known for years - a fitness instructor locally who’s going to be bringing even more exciting new experiences to Chelmsford very soon! Going to beat the drum in support of this new venture!

Whilst listening to a laughing yoga session take place I was getting the most incredible experience of a myofasical massage to help ease my shoulder and neck tension. Honestly never experienced anything quite like it and I’ve booked in for a full session next week in Colchester.

Browsing the stalls I was thrilled to also bump into my old wild swimming buddy Lisa at Explorers and had a long catch up about life, families, parenting and running a business. We now scheduling a swim for September!

And seeing the wonderful Sammi from .essex enjoying a family day out.

With all this chatting going on I had to eat. Thankfully the food at was delicious!

Speaking to friends including Kelly Coombs and Fiona at was lovely to catch up with them prior to the Danbury Wellbeing and Eco Fair on 19th September.
