We kindly want to remind everyone of our 48-hour cancellation policy and that appointments are paid at the time of booking. While we do our best to accommodate changes whenever possible, we’ve recently seen an increase in last-minute cancellations and rescheduling requests within this 48-hour window.

Unfortunately, late changes often make it difficult to refill appointment times, which directly impacts our practitioners’ ability to earn a consistent income. In some cases, this has resulted in a significant loss of wages over a short period of time. To ensure we can continue to support our team and provide high-quality care to our clients, we do need to consistently uphold this policy moving forward.

We truly appreciate your understanding and consideration. If you know in advance that you may need to change or cancel an appointment, please let us know as early as possible — it makes a meaningful difference.
