Today I visited my amazing opticians formally known as Ellis & Killpartrick

They may have had a refresh of name and logo but be reassured, the same amazing, talented team with Neil at the helm are there!

Nearly 18 years I have entrusted Neil & his team as they just get it

Wearing glasses from the age of 4, with a complicated prescription, I’ve had my share of nightmare experiences, so when I moved up to Cheltenham 18 years ago, finding this team was so reassuring

Whilst your eye test is a big part of the procedure, the major part for me is finding a frame which is comfortable, will work with my lenses, plus deliver, comfort, style and functionality

This team hits the mark every time and I would never dream of trusting anyone else

The ball of joy is shining bright in the sky and it feels AMAZING…..

BUT……I got caught out big time yesterday and I should know better!

I was just doing a few bits in the garden, not in the Sun particularly, but boy was my face and décolletage slightly Red and sore lastnight… I had forgotten to put my SPF on!

A real reminder that SPF is needed everyday at all times and Tropic Skincare has an amazing range of products, to not only protect our Skin (which by the way, is our largest living organ) but also help nourish, give coverage, if that is something you want. There really is a product to suit everyone
