Why do so many people prefer booking appointments by email? 🤔

We offer online booking, a dedicated phone line six days a week, WhatsApp and email. Yet some appointment enquiries can go back and forth for days before a booking is confirmed.

The challenge is that our diary changes constantly. While we’re exchanging emails, those available appointments may already have been booked by someone else.

I’m genuinely curious. If email is your preferred way to book, I’d love to know why. Is it convenience? Work commitments? Not wanting to make phone calls?

Your feedback helps us improve the patient experience and make booking as easy as possible.

I’ll be in the clinic and my daughter will be there raising money for charity as part of her Duke of Edinburgh Award, as well as fundraising for her upcoming school trip to Borneo 🌿
