Last night, I had the privilege of speaking about scar therapy at the Breast Cancer Support Group .
It was a truly special evening, surrounded by incredible women and their powerful stories. I feel so honoured to have been part of this space and to contribute, even in a small way, to their healing journeys.
Sharing my passion for scar therapy and its transformative impact on those affected by cancer is something I’m deeply grateful for. Moments like these remind me why I do what I do.

What a difference one session can make! 💥

I had the pleasure of working with a brilliant guitarist who was struggling to play because of Dupuytren’s contracture. Before our session, he could only play for 10 minutes a day.

After just 45 minutes of scar therapy, his hand felt more relaxed, his little finger was straighter, and the next day… he played for a full hour! 🎸

This is why I love what I do—helping people get back to what they love most.

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, a time to raise awareness, promote early detection, and support research. 1 in 7 women in the UK will develop breast cancer in their lifetime, and while breast cancer in men is rare, it can happen too.

Many women don’t check their breasts regularly, and often it's their partner who finds a lump. Ladies, get to know your b***s! Look, touch, and check regularly, especially throughout your menstrual cycle, so you can notice how they change. If something feels off or you spot anything unusual, contact your GP. Early detection can save lives!

Take action today- set monthly reminders to perform self-checks (it only takes 5 min), encourage your loved ones to do the same and share this post to spread the word. Together we can make a difference!

What an incredible result just after two scar therapy sessions!

🌟My client had melanoma skin cancer on his nose a couple of years ago. After the skin cancer was removed, a skin graft was performed.
While the scar wasn’t very noticeable from a distance and the skin graft was well done, my client experienced tightness and restriction—he couldn’t smile properly, had difficulty breathing through the affected nostril, and had reduced sensation in the area.

🌟After the first session, I realised the tension around the nose, and the nostril opened, allowing my client to breathe more easily on both sides. The scar tissue softened, its appearance improved, and there was a slight return of sensation.

🌟During the second session, I worked more directly on the scar tissue, internally and externally, to further soften the area. This reduced the thick scar tissue inside the nostril and smoothed the outer scar. Now, both sides of my client’s nose feel the same, and he can smile without restriction, and sensation in the area has improved.

👉If you have an old scar causing tightness, pain, or numbness, and believe it can’t improve... think again! Scar therapy can make a real difference.
