Due to an unfortunate increase in last minute cancellations/ rescheduling I now have a cancellation policy which you agree to when booking your appointment. 💆🏽‍♀️✨

💖there will be a non refundable deposit of £10 required for all new bookings.

💖If you cancel within 48 hours or don’t show up to your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service you have booked in for.

I definitely understand that things come up and sometimes you need to cancel or reschedule, but please give more than 48 hrs notice where possible- and a message explaining why goes a long way as well as no one likes feeling ghosted. 👻

I would much rather be nice and just take payments after your service but this is my small business and my only source of income.
