Hi everyone, we can definitely start working again on the week commencing the 12th April! We will be contacting everyone who had an appointment booked in before lockdown, to rebook you back in first. The list is long so it may take a little bit to see everybody, but we have all done this before and it will be worth the wait and your patience to have you back to looking your lovely self again very soon😊 If you wish to add yourself to that list, please feel free to contact us individually on our mobiles instead of leaving messages on the shop phone at the moment. If you had an existing appointment that was cancelled then you will have priority booking, and you will be contacted in a few weeks. If you would like to book in then please contact Netty/Sarah directly and not on the shop phone.

Due to the latest government announcements we are unable to work in tier 4. The shop will be closed as of the 31st December. If you have an appointment already booked in for January we will be in touch as soon as we have notice of a return date. Thank you for being so patient with us and take care every one. ❤️

Hey Everyone!
The salon is ready to open from the 4th of July, Sarah & Netty will be contacting clients to arrange appointments. The shop has been prepped to follow government guidelines. The new system we’ve adopted is no waiting area, appointment only. one in one out. Please wear a mask and contact Netty or Sarah if you’re showing symptoms to rearrange your appointment.

KOKO has undergone a deep clean and has been rearrange to fit the new way of working. We’re advising people to bring as little as possible, if you do bring a coat please have a bag to put it in. Everythings going to be running differently for a while and the salon will need everyone’s cooperation to make it work as smooth as possible.

So we’ve decided with everything going on that the best decision for us is to close KOKO for the time being 💘 it’s not been an easy decision but it’s most definitely the right one in this current climate. As everything is changing so rapidly we will keep you all updated with our plans for the foreseeable. Please assume if you’ve got an appointment booked it will now be cancelled. We look forward to a time where we can reopen and everything can return to normal🌈

Hey Everyone!

So, everything’s a bit crazy at the moment🤪 Under the advise from the British Government if you have a temperature or new cough then please cancel your appointment. If people are social distancing just give us a ring so we can cancel/rearrange! We will also be making sure the shops squeaky clean & we have plenty of hand wash for everyone! Over the next coming days/weeks hopefully we will know more & figure out a way to work through this.
