January 2024 may look a little different on the booking front as I’m making some time to settle the new addition to our family.

It’s the last Friday of November tomorrow, which for my Fire into Friday yogis means one thing…just one more week of Eight Angle Pose!

I love Fridays as it gives everyone a chance to work towards the pose. There’s no expectations. We’re figuring out what we can do in that space and time. Working towards a pose for the month gives us focus to progress our practice, both physical and mental.

My pose isn’t perfect, it’s never meant to be, it’s where I am in my journey at this time.

No expectations, no judgements, trusting the process.

Now to decide what pose for December 🤔

A little celebration where it started two years ago.

I will never not get excited over watching more sunrises, sunsets and exploring the world with you.

And will ALWAYS want to go for coffee

For a sunset lover, it’s been a sunrise kind of trip

Finally getting around to opening the bottle of we’ve saved for when the last box was unpacked (fyi this was around a month ago but we’ve been busy). 9 months on from offer acceptance but fully in, settled, ready for the next chapter.
