🌿✨ How wonderful to have this amazing nature right on our doorstep! ✨🌿

At the weekend, I took on a pretty challenging walk, the first part being 1 hour and 20 minutes, mostly uphill! 🥾⛰️

It reminded me just how invigorating a physical challenge can feel. That feeling of pushing yourself, breathing deeply, getting your heart rate up… and then reaching the top and taking a moment to simply be. 💚

A little drink, a pause to take in the views ☕🌳, and then 40 minutes of walking back down , a more direct route— feeling refreshed and grounded.

There really is something so therapeutic about being outdoors. 🌿 Nature gives us space to breathe, move, switch off and reconnect with ourselves.

And it’s a lovely reminder that wellbeing isn’t just about what happens on the treatment table. It’s also about finding those little moments that nourish your mind, body and spirit. ✨
