With 38°C in the forecast this week, we've suggested rescheduling a fair few waxing appointments — our wax pots throw out serious heat, and that's just not safe for our team (or you) in this weather.

But here's the silver lining: appointment slots have opened up... for all the treatments that are basically made for beating the heat. 🧊

All running as normal. All good to go. And honestly, there's nothing better than escaping the heat for an hour of cool, calm pampering while it's roasting outside.

They say things come in threes… and Tonic has really tested that theory this week 😅

In the last 48 hours we’ve had:

💧 Water cascading from the top floor to the ground floor after a freak hail storm overwhelmed the gutters.

📴 The internet down all day — thanks BT! Especially helpful when the only way to log a fault is… online.

☎️ And now our phone system is down too, apparently due to a countrywide outage.

But because we like to balance out the chaos — and because if we don’t laugh, we might cry — here are three much nicer updates:
