For some reason I haven’t been sleeping too well the last few nights and to top it off I had the worst possible headache last night. Then I remembered I had my so sleepy collection in amongst all my Tropic goodies 🥰

Well....I’m not sure why I didnt try this sooner!🤷‍♀️ I applied a few sprays of the pillow mist and applied the temple balm to my temples💆‍♀️

With eucalyptus, Lavender, frankincense and chamomile, I was out like a light and slept the best I have in a few nights 😴🙌
