We are BACK! Just with a change of location 📍

Those of you who opted to be on the text list are already aware that it is with a heavy heart we announce that we are not returning to the beautiful B12 clinic Beautique 12 - Advanced Skin Care & Aesthetics with the girls Meraki Hair at Beautique12, I have had to make the right decision for us as a family…

Which means… the home ‘hut’ is built and ready for my return back to work TOMORROW! We are now based in longlevens, Glos.

The diary is open, the cancellation list is running, the candles are burning and the heated blanket is calling…

A huge thank you to all of the clients who have already booked I can’t wait to see you all tomorrow onwards! I’ve got limited availability for the rest of November so do get in quick if you want to get in before the mad Christmas/December rush starts!

I am delighted to say Tom & I are expecting our first little one! ⁣

My last day at Beautique 12 is Thursday 23rd December 21. ⁣
⁣
My maternity leave is starting earlier than originally planned due to the constant concerns with Covid-19 and so have made the decision to bring it forward taking into consideration the close contact nature of the treatments I provide. ⁣
⁣
Huge apologies for the delay in this announcement, I wanted to tell as many clients in person as possible before posting on Bella Glow social media. But I think we also all know how awful I am at posting on here! 😂 ⁣

I have truly had the most incredible 3 and a half years operating Bella Glow by Courtney at Beautique 12 - Advanced Skin Care & Aesthetics and I can’t quite believe it’s time for a little break! ⁣

So on that note, I cannot thank all of my lovely clients enough, without you all Bella Glow wouldn’t be what it is now and I am unbelievably grateful and super proud of the journey you have all joined me on, friends not clients!⁣

A huuuuuuge heart felt thank you to the B12 girls, so excited that the team is growing! There are lots of exciting things coming to & Meraki Hair at Beautique12 so be sure to keep your eyes peeled at what Beth, Becky and the new ladies will be getting up to in the new year! ⁣

My cancellation list is open and fully operating due to all of the diary changes with winter colds and covid, so if you’d like to be added just give me a call or text as normal!

As you can see we’ve had a mini revamp, the salon is fresh and ready for a tonne of pampering and catching up to take place! Eek, I can’t wait! 🤍 ⁣

Covid Protocols are very much the same as they previously have been:⁣
⁣
-Please arrive with a mask on and wear it around the salon at all times. ⁣
⁣
-Please sanitise your hands upon arrival with sanitisers available or wash them upstairs in the WC.⁣
⁣
-Please comply with the track and trace form or alternatively the track and trace app using our QR code. ⁣
⁣
-Please minimise personal belongings. ⁣
⁣
-Please attend your appointment alone where possible. ⁣
⁣
⁣
As always I will be ‘sporting’ the required PPE and again I have incorporated cleaning slots into the diary after each client to ensure all appropriate sanitising and disinfecting takes place! ⁣

⁣Lastly, thank you SO much for supporting me through yet another lockdown, your kind messages and eagerness to book in ASAP really means everything to me and I can’t wait to get back to doing what I love! ⁣

BUT... I promise I’ve been super busy behind the scenes since our temporary closure in December! Lots of super exciting things coming to BGC and I CANNOT wait to catch up with all of my lovely clients! ⁣

Regarding bookings I have added some Monday’s onto the diary to allow for 6 day weeks to fit you all in and I’ve also added multiple evening appts as well as my usual late Thursdays.⁣

A huge thank you because April is complete madness! I have also noticed lots of clients are booking ahead for the summer months to secure their dates for special occasions so the diary is filling up fast for the next few months so I do urge you to get any special dates in the diary before it’s too late! ⁣

Christmas has arrived at Bella Glow 🎄 as you can see we’ve been busy painting and redecorating! It’s making it all the more exciting to welcome you back this Christmas!

I really do have extremely limited slots left for the rest of 2020 so please do get in contact ASAP if you haven’t booked in already!

Hi All!

Apologies for the radio silence recently, you’ve all kept me ridiculously busy since returning in July and the next 3 days are about to get a whole lot BUSIER!

Truly gutted to be closing once again but I cannot thank you to all enough for supporting me since the return back to the salon, without you I wouldn’t be here and I am SO grateful for that!

Hi all, it’s officially 13 hours until I’m open for business!! AHHHHH! As you can see I am SO READY for you all!

💅🏼 IMPORTANT INFORMATION 💅🏼

Please read the following in regards to what you can expect when arriving for your appointment:

If you are feeling unwell/experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 or have come into contact with someone who is displaying COVID-19 symptoms or who has been recently diagnosed then please cancel your apt (with at least 24 hours notice if possible) and rearrange for 14 days later.

Please arrive to your appointment alone.

Please adhere to social distancing when inside the building.

I will be wearing various PPE; masks, gloves, aprons, visors and a perspex screen is in place for manicures.

Please wear a mask to your appointment and use the hand sanitiser provided as soon as you arrive.

Please arrive at your booked appointment time, I won’t be able to open the door early to clients as we are minimising the amount of people in the building at any one time and any spare time is strictly for deep cleaning.

Due to the strict amount of ‘disinfect & sanitise’ slots I have incorporated into the day, I ask you to please be conscious not to arrive to apts late, if you do we may have to shorten the apt or rearrange.

Unfortunately, there are no hot drinks available until further notice. Bottled water is available with disposable cups.

The use of towels and blankets will be minimised and I will be replacing these with disposables where possible.

As all clients are aware, I always pride myself on my strict hygiene whilst practicing. Please rest assured the fantastic level of hygiene is even more intensified.

Lastly I really can’t wait to get back to treating you all! I’m not sure I’ll be able to sleep tonight! Ahhhh! 😁

We are SO delighted to announce after this evenings news that we are back NEXT WEEK!

Thank you so so much for your support and lovely messages over the past few months it really has meant the world to me and reiterated why I do what I do.

My phone has gone CRAZY with messages since 5pm so please bare with me, I’m trying to be as fast, fair and efficient as I can be in regards to bookings - ensuring all clients who were booked in before lockdown but were subsequently cancelled are booked in as soon as possible!

As you can see we have put lots of measures in place in the salon to ensure we are covid compliant and of course most important of all that we are safe. More safety measures & what to expect when arriving will follow over the next couple of days.

I will be contacting clients tomorrow however If you haven’t already messaged me and have days/dates in mind that you’d like to book then please do text/call/email. I would recommend you have a couple of days/dates in mind as I’m receiving such a high volume of messages and bookings already.

On that note I CANNOT wait to be back and pampering you all and of course catching up on the last few months!
