To get the best results and avoid irritation, follow these simple do’s and don’ts:
DO:
• Keep skin clean + hydrated
• Apply SPF daily
• Avoid intense exercise for 24-48hrs
DON’T:
• Touch or pick your skin
• Wear makeup for 24–48 hrs
• Use active ingredients (retinol etc.)
