Morning strength session

After completing a challenging 19 mile walk on Saturday I’ve noticed the aches and pains that come a few days after. So booking myself in for a sports massage to help flush the toxins and lactic acid from my tired muscles. The massage will allow blood to circulate more easily- helping my muscles to recover and be ready for the next challenge. Basically aiding quicker recovery and reducing the risk of injury
