⚡️🌻In a flash September was gone! What an incredible month it was. My busiest ever month for my business, a little trip to Italy, new school years, a dofe and a gorgeous trip to Devon.

Although summer is behind us I am ready to nestle down for Autumn. The salon heated bed is on, fluffy blankets dug out and candles lit!

Is it possible to beat an Autumn walk in the woods spotting mushrooms 😍🍄?

Disclaimer: I’m out of my comfort zone posting this 🫶🏻 But I’ve been saying I was going to start running again for a long time.

I remembered how it used to feel, but actually getting out of the door always seemed to be the hardest part.

Today, I stopped putting it off and just went.

It wasn’t easy, it wasn’t pretty, and it definitely wasn’t record-breaking, but I did it. And afterwards? I felt so much better for it.

I recorded parts of it because I wanted to share a reminder that the best things we do for ourselves often start with simply showing up.

Building good habits, looking after ourselves, making time for our wellbeing, our health and our skin — it all counts.

It’s never about perfection. It’s about consistency, kindness to ourselves and doing the things we know make us feel good, inside and out.
