✨As we head into the busiest time of year, I just wanted to put a few reminders together on here, and also something new✨

✨Firstly, Christmas appointments are filling fast, so I highly recommend checking your diaries etc and getting booked in to avoid disappointment! I will always try my best to get everyone in, however that sometimes is impossible without working all hours😳 All of my availability is online so head over to my website to book, or message me✨

✨Secondly, over the next few days, I will be going through my diary and trying to close some gaps. This will help to give more availability online. And also it will help me by not having to message people to come earlier on the day etc. If you can’t change your appointment time that’s completely fine so don’t worry! 🥰✨

✨Following on from that, I have done out the area outside of my room, into a cosy little waiting area 🥰 As shown in the photo below, there are now 2 lovely egg chairs and 1 other chair, along with side tables. When you arrive to your appointment, please send me a message to say you are ‘here’. You are more than welcome to come straight into the garden and take a seat in this area if I am still with another client. There are blankets available if it’s a bit chilly 🥶 Equally, if you would like to wait in your car that’s totally fine. I will reply when I am able to✨

‼️PLEASE NOTE‼️
‼️Your appointment time is specific to you, therefore if you are late, that means you’re running into another clients specific time. This has a knock on effect to other appointments. If anyone is more than 15 minutes late (without letting me know) then I may need to cancel your appointment. Full payment would be required still as this would be classed as a no show/cancellation on the day. I am very busy and most of the time back to back with clients, I can’t afford any appointments to start later than their scheduled time‼️
✨Everyone is usually amazing at getting there on time or even slightly early (EVEN BETTER)✨

✨Another thing… nail art. If you aren’t booked in for nail art, but you know already you will have nail art on the day of your appointment, please tell me asap! This has a huge effect on timings and if you aren’t booked in for art and come in with a design, I may not have enough time to do it. Sending me the designs in advance would be ideal if possible! Then I can work out how much time I would need to block out for your appointment🥰✨
(P.S As most of you know I love nail art, this is not a message to say don’t get any, please do! 🤣 I love it!! 😻Just a pre warning would be fab! 🤣)

✨Last thing, as most of you already know, I have hot drink facilities in my room, coffees, tea or hot chocolates. Don’t feel scared to ask for a drink or take me up on the offer, it would be my pleasure 🥰 Especially how cold it is getting, having a nice hot chocolate whilst getting your treatment is a nice added extra 🥰❤️✨
