- Must have access to a sink

- No one else in same building offering aesthetics
- Room for a beauty bed, with room to move round
Space for a single trolley at a minimum for storage
I am not willing to pay stupid amounts of money a week, if I was full time fair enough but I’m wanting somewhere for a few hours per week, I am happy to be using a shared space if required as long as it’s cleaned prior to use.
