✨ HOLIDAY NOTICE ✨

Hi everyone 🤍

The week commencing 14th September is filling up VERY quickly as I’m going on holiday! ✈️☀️

I won’t be returning to work until 1st October, so this week is already nearly fully booked.

A little reminder to all of my clients to please get your appointments booked in advance 🤍 I have already opened an extra day to try and fit as many of you in as possible, but once that day is full, unfortunately I won’t be able to add any more appointments.

If you know you’ll need an appointment before my holiday, please don’t leave it too late! 💕

✨ A little update regarding deposits ✨

Due to an increase in last-minute cancellations, I will now be introducing a £10 non-refundable deposit for all appointments, including infills.

For my regular infill clients who attend every 2–3 weeks, your deposit can be kept as a rolling deposit.

I completely understand that people get poorly and sometimes things genuinely can’t be helped 🤍 However, last-minute cancellations can be really difficult for a small business, especially when I’m unable to fill the appointment at short notice.

I’ll be contacting all existing clients individually regarding their upcoming appointments and deposits.

Unfortunately, I can’t always “squeeze people in” at the last minute, so booking ahead is always best.

✨ Week commencing 3rd August is now FULL, and the following week I only have a handful of appointments remaining.

During the school holidays I’ll be working extra Wednesdays while Rosie has a temporary nursery place. However, as Noah is also off school, I’ll be taking the odd Thursday and Friday off to spend time with him. 💙💗
