Hi girls 🩷

Just a quick one to let you know I’m now officially on holiday until 1st October! ✈️☀️

I’ve promised myself I’m going to completely switch off from work this holiday and enjoy some much-needed family time 🥹❤️ It’s very overdue, so I’m going to make the most of every minute!

Never did I think when I first qualified in lashes back in 2019 that I’d ever be writing a post like this. 🥹

From working full time and doing lashes from my spare bedroom, to finally taking the leap in 2024 and going full time in a salon… I honestly can’t believe how far I’ve come.

Being fully booked weeks in advance, having clients who have become best friends, and working alongside people who I genuinely couldn’t imagine my life without — it’s more than I ever dreamed of when I started.

And now I can say that I have been awarded Highly Commended Lash Tech of the Year 2026. 🏆✨

I never usually say this because I’m always the first person to put myself down, compare myself to others and convince myself I’m not good enough… but tonight I am going to say it:

I am so bloody proud of myself. 🥹❤️

This means more to me than I can put into words. Not just because of the award, but because of everything that has gone into getting here — the long days, the late nights, the sacrifices, the doubts and all the times I questioned whether I was actually good enough.

To think that the girl doing lashes in her spare bedroom in 2019 is now here… I’m honestly emotional. 😭

Thank you to every single client who has trusted me, supported me, recommended me and allowed me to do what I absolutely love every day.

Here’s to NR Beauty Lounge, to everything I’ve achieved so far, and to whatever comes next. 🥂✨
