🤎☀️ IMPORTANT CUSTOMER NOTICE – MINUTE EXPIRY POLICY ☀️🤎

We would just like to take a moment to remind all our lovely customers of our 6-MONTH MINUTE EXPIRY POLICY.

⏳ ALL purchased tanning minutes are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Any unused minutes remaining after this period will automatically expire.

This policy has been in place at Lux Tanning for many years and is clearly displayed on notices throughout the salon.

⚠️ PLEASE REMEMBER:

🤎 It is each customer’s responsibility to keep track of their purchased minutes and expiry dates.

🤎 If you’re unsure when your minutes are due to expire, our staff are always more than happy to check this for you.

🤎 We kindly ask that you familiarise yourself with our terms and conditions when purchasing minutes.

❤️ A LITTLE REMINDER ABOUT RESPECTING OUR STAFF

Unfortunately, we feel the need to address how some members of our team have been spoken to regarding expired minutes.

Our staff do not make the salon policies, and they certainly do not deserve to be spoken to rudely, abruptly or challenged aggressively when simply explaining them.

We completely understand that it can be frustrating to discover your minutes have expired. However, this does not justify taking that frustration out on our team.

Rude, disrespectful or aggressive behaviour towards our staff WILL NOT BE TOLERATED.

We pride ourselves on being a friendly, welcoming salon, and our team work hard to provide the best possible service to everyone who walks through our doors.

All we ask is that the same kindness and respect is shown in return. 🫶🏼

Our 6-month expiry policy applies to ALL customers, and we appreciate everyone’s understanding and cooperation.

When Staci went off on maternity leave, Erin didn’t hesitate to step up, jump into her role and help us out over the last 9 months.

And we honestly can’t thank you enough! 🥰

As the darker nights start creeping in, it’s nearly time for our winter opening hours to return! 🍂

From SUNDAY 1st NOVEMBER , our winter hours will officially come into force, with a slightly earlier closing time of 7PM.

☀️ Saturday: 9AM – 3PM
