If you know in all sincerity that your omugwo visit to a woman that just put to bed is not take care of the baby and the mother, kindly stay back.

I really don't care much about the position of anyone coming for omugwo.

Either mother or mother-in-law or even anyone else willing to work can go.

But going there to fold your arms while the new mum does everything is not acceptable.

Don't add stress to an already stressed new mum

Omugwo is work and not a visit for enjoyment 🚶🚶

Just like nature promotes conception more than avoiding conception.

I mean, you can avoid s£x every other day and just make a mistake in one of your fertile period and boom, pregnancy has land.

In my personal opinion, nature promotes the conception of a baby girl more than a baby boy

Especially in women that have a long fertile period.

You could have more than 3 days of high chances of a baby girl conception and just one day of high chances of conceiving a baby boy.

That's why any little mistake in a baby boy gender tracking would always give you a baby girl.

Only a few people here would understand this post 😁

The way many pregnant mothers can't wait for the 5th month of their pregnancy to know the gender of their babies eh!😁

Even though we all know that it's either a boy or a girl.

Sometimes, i used to imagine what the waiting period would have been like if there was more than two genders in humans 🤣🤣🤣

There is a group of women i never listened to when i was still giving birth.

You see those women that start advising you to take in again as soon as you can after having a baby?

They are after your life.

Let nobody talk you into believing that once you finish giving birth to the number of kids you want, automatic rest comes.

There is this joy that comes with at least 2 years child spacing.

I'm not saying you should stay 10 years after child delivery before another one.

I'm only trying to let you know that it's good to heal and take your time after having a baby.

Never mind those born them at once women.

Most of them that took in when their babies were less than 1 year was by mistake and they may not tell you how stressful it was for them.

I still dey swear for the woman that asked me what i was waiting to give Olivia a sibling when she was less than 1 year 🤦🏽

Thank God i no send anybody from day 1.

You need to get bad mouth for such women that don't like minding their business 🚶🚶

Even if you are on artificial family planning, it's still important for you to pay attention to your body signs.

If anything is going wrong due to the artificial family planning, you will definitely know.

Except you chose to ignore the signs.

The first time you see your period twice in a month, you might get confused.

That's because you were taught that it was a monthly period.

But, there is absolutely nothing wrong in seeing your period twice in a month.

In fact, if your cycle is not more than 30 days, you will definitely see your period twice in one of the months of the year.

What should be your concern is if the previous period you saw was up to 21 days before that one.

It doesn't matter if it was in the same month or not.

Absence of me**es during breastfeeding doesn't necessarily mean that you can't conceive. Some breastfeeding mothers ovulate without me**es. Monitor your ovulation signs if you are not ready for another pregnancy when you are breastfeeding. Otherwise, see your doctor for a temporal family planning. Being pregnant with a tender baby without proper recovery from the previous delivery no be beans 🚶🚶🚶

If your period comes again in less than 21 days after seeing it or stays more than 35 days before it comes again, that's an irregular cycle. It's not irregular just because it changes dates sometimes.
