https://linktr.ee/Teana_Lynne She decided to use her personal experience of going from her life in bin bags and debt, to Catwalk Queen, after winning a modelling competition and the title of Classic Miss British Isles. Now known as the Model Mindset Mentor she uses her personal lived experiences to help other women rebuild their confidence, self esteem and sense of self so that they can love the skin they're in and fulfil their potential too. Trigger warning ⚠️
Teana has had a traumatic past, from being groomed from the age of 14 by a school friend's father, 32 years her senior, a narcissist, to being trafficked from the age of 19. Escaping aged 30, with all her worldly goods in bin bags and 10K debt, she started to rebuild her life with the man who 'saved' her, only to discover he was covert narcissist, who started to reveal his true traits as his drug use took hold. At age 38, she escaped and started again. Once again, her life in bin bags and with 36K debt, she again took the steps she did before, rebuilding her confidence, self esteem and sense of self. She finally became who she was meant to be. Teana is living proof it's never too late to start again and that you can overcome anything with a positive mindset and resilience. She has:
Overcome 46K debt
Rebuilt her life
Built a genuine, loving, healthy relationship of 11 years strong
Forged a successful corporate career
Bought her own home aged 45
Restarted a modelling career aged 47

Do you ever find yourself thinking, “I’d love a little more choice”?
A bit extra for Christmas. Money for a treat without mentally juggling the bills. Or something of your own to feel excited about.
Maybe you’re starting a new chapter and wondering, “What would I like this part of my life to look like?”
That was part of what drew me to Tropic. 💚
I already have a full life. My work with World Privilege Plus, networking, home life with my five furbabies, quality time with Steve, my new boyfriend, and hobbies like pole dancing and my new Sunday stretch class.
And somewhere in amongst all of that, I want time just for me too.
September was certainly busy!
✨ My first Tropic Glammies
✨ The Strictly charity black tie event
✨ My Monday Glow Soirée
✨ The SheInspires afternoon tea
✨ Womanifest Ignite
✨ Catching up with Debbie Marks, Dave Rosalski and Mike Edwards, a lovely mix of WPP conversations and personal catch-ups
✨ Meeting Philippa Fairbrother, my new Tropic teamie
✨ Chester Business Club’s 40th anniversary charity black tie ball
Alongside all of that, I’ve been building my Tropic business, sharing products I use myself, learning and growing my team.
I’m still near the beginning. I have things to learn and goals I want to reach, but I love having something I can grow around the other parts of my life.
For me, Finding Your Glow is about more than skincare. It’s about feeling good in yourself, remembering what you have to offer and giving yourself permission to want more.
More confidence. More connection. More choices.
You might want a side hustle or a small business alongside your day job. Perhaps your goal is an extra £100 or more each month, to buy that treat, save for a holiday or pay for those classes you always fancy but can never quite stretch to.
Or perhaps you’d love real connections with women like you, a chance to have fun and feel included.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before you explore something new. I certainly didn’t.
There’s work involved, and earnings vary depending on your sales and the time and effort you put in. But you can decide how it fits into your life, with support as you learn.
This October, I’d love to welcome more women into my team who are curious about their next chapter, and about building something that could give them more choices. ✨
If you’re thinking, “Perhaps this could be for me”, comment “GLOW” or send me a message.
We can have a chat over a coffee about what’s involved, the cost of getting started and what you’d like from it.
You’re allowed to want something for yourself too. 💚

A lovely moment from Friday was bringing ‘Finding Your Glow with Teana Lynne’ to The Edge Events’ ‘Amplify Your Voice and Brand’ in Manchester. 💚
Seeing “Finding Your Glow with Teana Lynne” displayed at a room full of inspiring people reminded me how much has changed.
After years in corporate roles and hospitality, I am bringing those experiences into something of my own; a business that combines my love of people, beautiful skincare and helping women feel more confident about their next chapter.
For me, Finding Your Glow is about enjoying a little care for yourself, reconnecting with who you are and allowing yourself to explore what comes next.
At Friday’s event, I shared my Tropic skincare, haircare and bodycare, along with some gorgeous festive gifting, including the Advent Calendar. There are lovely smaller gifts too, perfect for stocking fillers or a thoughtful thank you.
If you would like help choosing something for yourself or someone you love, send me a message. I would love to help you find something they will enjoy. ✨

“Who am I becoming?”
It is a powerful question, especially for women entering a new chapter of life.
We are not limited to the identities we were given, the roles we have played or the experiences we have survived. We can choose to become braver, stronger, more independent and more fully ourselves.
What three words describe the woman you are becoming?
25/09/2026
This is for the woman who knows she is capable of more, but has spent so long putting everyone else first that she is no longer quite sure what “more” looks like.
Perhaps you have lost a little of yourself along the way.
Perhaps you want something that belongs to you; a new purpose, greater financial independence, or simply a reason to feel excited about what could come next.
But you keep telling yourself:
“I’m too old to start again.”
“I don’t have the confidence.”
“I wouldn’t know where to begin.”
“I’m not a salesperson.”
“People like me don’t build successful businesses.”
I understand, because I have had to rebuild too.
Finding Your Glow was never meant to be only about skincare. For me, it is about rediscovering the woman underneath everything she has survived, carried and been expected to be.
You do not need to arrive confident.
You do not need thousands of followers.
You do not need to have it all figured out.
You simply need to be ready to take one small step towards something of your own.
If this feels as though I am speaking directly to you, perhaps I am.
Send me the word “GLOW”. No pressure and no polished sales pitch; just an honest conversation about what might be possible. 💛

✨ The power of connection ✨
Earlier this week I spent a wonderful afternoon at Cloud 23, The Deansgate Hotel, for the SheInspires Afternoon Tea, organised by the fabulous Sue France and raising funds for Empower 50K. 💚
I shared some of the day yesterday, but I keep coming back to one thought...
Almost everywhere I looked was a woman I had originally met through networking.
Women who are no longer simply “contacts”.
They’ve become friends, supporters, collaborators, customers, room buddies, cheerleaders and women who have introduced me to other incredible people and opportunities.
Some have supported my businesses. Some have been part of my book journey. Some have given me lifts to events! Some have joined me at Tropic. Some have encouraged me to try something new, and one is even trying to persuade me onto a pageant stage next year after winning Classic Miss British Isles 2021👑😂
And some have simply become people I’m genuinely happy to see when I walk into a room.
That feels very aligned with what Finding Your Glow means to me.
It isn't only about skincare or how we look. It's about confidence, community, trying something new, supporting one another and sometimes having the courage to walk into a room where you might not know anyone.
Because you never know where one conversation might lead.
✨ A connection can become a collaboration.
✨ A stranger can become a supporter.
✨ A contact can become a friend.
✨ And one “hello” can open a completely unexpected door.
Thank you Sue, Gulnaz Brennan and SheInspires for bringing so many brilliant women together, and for reminding me just how much can grow from simply connecting with people. 💚

✨ It’s Monday Glow night! 💚
Tonight we’re back at Artezzan for another Monday Glow Soirée, and there’s still time to join us.
Monday Glow was created to give women somewhere to simply come together.
No awkward networking.
No pressure to be anything other than yourself.
Just connection, confidence and conversation with other women, a relaxed drink, plenty of chat and laughter, with the opportunity to discover a little Tropic along the way. 🌿
So if you’ve been thinking, “I’d love to come, but I won’t know anyone…” — please don’t let that stop you.
Coming through the door on your own can sometimes be the hardest bit. You won’t be on your own for long. 💚
✨ Monday Glow Soirée
📍 Artezzan, Chester
📅 TONIGHT 5 to 7 pm
Because every woman deserves to shine.
Drop me a message if you’d like to join us — last-minute Glowers are very welcome! ✨
🎄 And if you’d like to be on my priority list for the incredible Tropic Advent gifting launch, DM me or comment ADVENT and I’ll make sure you hear all about it.

✨ 24 days of something just for you…
There’s something rather lovely about the idea of having a little moment to yourself every day in December.
And Tropic has just given us the first glimpse of its 2026 Luxury Advent Calendar. 🎄🤎
Inside will be:
✨ 12 exclusives
✨ 9 full-size formulas
✨ 6 mini rituals
✨ £668 worth of Tropic
The calendar will be £299, with pre-orders opening on 14th September.
We don't yet know exactly what will be waiting behind those doors — which is all part of the excitement.
And while it would make an incredible Christmas gift, I'm also firmly of the opinion that women are allowed to buy beautiful things for themselves. 💚
So whether this is going on your own Christmas list, being purchased as a rather fabulous act of self-care, or being forwarded to someone with a very large hint attached… 😂
I'm starting a priority list now.
Message the page with ADVENT and I'll contact you when pre-orders open.
💚 Because every woman deserves a little glow.

What if you could walk into a room on your own and know you’d be welcomed? 💚
That’s exactly what I wanted Monday Glow Soirée to feel like.
A relaxed evening where women can meet other women, have proper conversations, make new connections and simply enjoy being around people who want to support rather than compete with one another.
Our next one is this Monday, 7th September at Artezzan in Chester, 5–7pm.
There’s no formal networking and no pressure.
Come on your own or bring a friend, arrive straight from work, enjoy some complimentary fizz and stay for as much of the evening as you like.
We’ll have conversation, connection and a little skincare and self-care inspiration along the way.
✨ Connection. Confidence. Conversation.
If you’ve been thinking about coming, make this the one where you actually say yes.
Message the page or comment below and I’ll make sure there’s a warm welcome waiting for you. 💚

✨ Hello September… four months left of 2026.
And rather than asking what you still need to achieve this year, I want to ask you something slightly different.
What could you do between now and 31 December that would make you genuinely proud of yourself?
It doesn't have to be something huge.
Maybe it's finally doing something you've been putting off.
Saying yes to something that scares you a little.
Walking into a room on your own.
Making new friends.
Starting the business you've been thinking about.
Taking better care of yourself.
Setting a boundary you've struggled to set.
Or simply deciding that the next four months are going to include a little more you.
Finding Your Glow was never really about skincare or how we look.
It's about that feeling when you start recognising yourself again. When confidence begins creeping back in, you start saying yes to new experiences and realise there might be more possibilities ahead than you thought.
So that's my question for September…
💚 What ONE thing would make you proud of yourself by the end of this year?
Pop it below. Sometimes saying it out loud is the first step towards actually doing it. ✨
