One whole month of meditation for only £75. One treatment per week.
Create a regular time to relax and switch off. The meditation is done with a head and face massage. Then when you are really relaxed you will enjoy a hot lavender compress and foot massage. This session lasts 30 mins and perfect as a weekly treatment to help stress, anxiety or just a difficult time you are managing. pod
