Just a reminder, if you can’t make your appointment please let us know, it would be appreciated at least 24 hours before your appointment time, we do understand however that life is such that we can’t always control kids/jobs etc but it takes 2 mins to let us know. I do also have kids and the like so I understand but I do have to say it’s disappointing that I will arrange child care rush through traffic and arrive to a no show. Not to mention we are a small business, mostly fully booked and I could have given your appointment to someone else. Just give a little thought and try to be kind. Thank you. Stacey
