Hough Green Clinic

If you ever happen to find yourself in Sidmouth, we can highly recommend The Donkey Sanctuary Sidmouth it’s a wonderful place. Jo and I sponsor Coco and Tornado, so it was lovely to see them and their friends in such a beautiful setting. It was quite a long drive though 😵‍💫

✨ Off to Oxford for a weekend of skin health! ✨
I’m so excited to be attending the 10th IAC Symposium this weekend — and even more excited to spend the next few days immersed in all things corneotherapy, skin health and the science behind healthy skin.
As you probably know, I’m a huge believer that truly healthy skin starts with understanding and supporting the skin barrier, rather than simply treating the symptoms.
And of course… my Dermaviduals products have come with me! 🤍 I’m looking forward to learning more, discovering new insights and bringing everything I learn back to the clinic to help my clients achieve healthier, stronger skin.
There’s always something new to learn in this industry, and I absolutely love it. 🥰
Here’s to a weekend of learning, sharing knowledge and talking all things skin! 🧴✨

☀️ Summer holidays = slightly wonky clinic hours! 🤪

We're juggling clients, holidays and keeping the kids entertained, so our opening hours are a little different over the holidays.

✨ Please check our website before booking to see our latest opening hours.

Thanks for bearing with us—we promise we're still here making skin glow all summer long! 💛

Great day watching Chester Regatta. So incredibly proud of my daughter and her team mates. No win for them, but a big improvement from their last race 💪Go Grosvenor!

Chester has so many amazing independent businesses run by fabulously talented and skilled men and women.

Happy big birthday to my work wife and beautiful friend. You keep me sane and very occasionally drive me slightly mad! Thank you for the chats, snacks, cheese, pickles, bubbles and most importantly of all the shared love of highly salted Irish butter. 💚🤍🧡

Wow. I have never seen anything so profound and thought provoking. It was difficult to watch in parts - sexual assault is not an easy subject to discuss.

The statistics show that 1 in 3 women will be subjected to sexual assault at some time in their lives.

1 in 3

We will all know someone who has been abused. It made me think about my own past experience in my teens and to the future about how my daughter and her friends will navigate consent.

Jodie Comer was outstanding. I don’t think I’ll ever witness anything quite so groundbreaking again, it was a real privilege.

I love AI for some things 😂😂😂 Happy Paddy’s Day
