I require a £10 deposit for all treatments to secure your booking.
Please allow 48hrs notice before cancelling or changing your appointment otherwise this will be lost.

Of course, if you have an unavoidable and legitimate reason for your cancellation this can be waved.

All I ask is a little extra notice before changing your schedule, this helps me keep my diary full and also means I can operate a properly functioning cancellation list🖤
