The impact of last minute cancellations on our small business…

I have really resisted until now taking deposits for appointments. However, we would like to still be here for you next Winter and hope you would like us to be too. So going forward we will have a deposit policy for all future appointments, with a cancellation/reschedule policy of 48 hours. Failure to give sufficient notice will result in loss of deposit.

As you can see from our post cancellations cost our business thousands per year. For a small business like us this can result in us closing, like thousands of other businesses during this pandemic.

To help support our small business please, if you can’t commit to an appointment don’t book one, if you can’t remember when your appointment is, ask us to write it down or simply send us a message to confirm.

Our reminder text 24 hours before your appointment, is that, a reminder. It is not sufficient time for a cancellation and will result in losing your deposit.

We understand life happens and that there are certain emergencies in life and obviously in these situations we understand, but if you would like to support our PLEASE stick to your appointments 🙏
