✨ My own laser hair removal journey… and I’m nearly there! ✨

These are my own results, with my own machine, and I’m finally getting to the stage where I won’t need regular treatment appointments anymore. 🤎

One thing I always tell my clients is that laser hair removal isn’t about ‘never’ growing another hair again. Hair growth is influenced by hormones, age, genetics and lifestyle, so maintenance sessions are a completely normal part of keeping your results long-term.

Once you’ve completed your course, you’ll usually just need the occasional top-up session to maintain those smooth results. ✨

How often? That completely depends on you and the area being treated. Some people may only need a top-up every 6–12 months, while others can go several years before they notice enough regrowth to need another session.

That’s why every treatment plan is personalised, and why I assess your progress at every appointment rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach. Sometimes we even adjust the time between sessions to make sure we’re treating hair at the most effective stage of growth.

The goal isn’t endless appointments… it’s getting you to the point where maintenance is minimal and you can enjoy the confidence of long-lasting results. 🤎

One thing we do at every appointment is assess your progress before deciding on the next stage of your treatment plan. Laser hair removal isn’t a “one-size-fits-all” treatment, and timing between sessions is just as important as the treatment itself.

As hair reduction progresses, you’ll often notice that hair growth begins to slow down. This is exactly what we’re seeing here! 🙌🏼

Because there are now fewer active hairs growing through the skin, we’ve decided to extend the next appointment to 6 weeks instead of 4. This gives the remaining hairs more time to enter the active growth phase, making them better targets for the laser and allowing us to achieve the best possible results.
