🌟THE UNSTOPPABLE LEAH! 🌟

Let’s talk about what happens when you commit, trust the process, and refuse to let your fears hold you back. Everyone, please take a second to celebrate the absolute powerhouse that is Leah! 👏

In her very first 12-week package, Leah absolutely smashed it—dropping a phenomenal 7kg! 🎉 But she didn’t stop there. Right now, she is already locked into her next 12 weeks, and she has the two-stone mark firmly in her sight. 🎯

But the scale only tells a tiny fraction of Leah’s incredible story.

When Leah first started, she had some totally valid fears. Her knees and wrists were a constant problem and a major source of anxiety. She worried her body might hold her back.

Julie’s journey over the last 12 weeks has been nothing short of incredible.
When Julie first joined UP Strength, she wanted to improve her fitness, lose some weight, and find a way to manage the daily aches and pains caused by arthritis.

Like many people, she was nervous about starting strength training and worried that exercise might make her symptoms worse.

Fast forward 12 weeks, and the results speak for themselves.

We told you he was a warrior. This weekend, George proved it.

George didn’t just walk a mile. He pushed through fatigue, balance challenges, and even a fall to complete 1.5 MILES in just 50 minutes. 👣🔥

For someone living with CMT who has endured 5 years of major surgeries, this is the equivalent of climbing Everest.

When George told us, “I’ve always wanted to surpass my limits,” he meant it. This isn’t just a win for him—it’s a win for anyone who has ever been told “you can’t.”

Meet Jane—the woman currently hiding behind that UP Strength t-shirt!

She just finished a gruelling personal training session and flat-out refused a headshot, but we couldn’t wait another second to share her incredible journey.

Jane came to us feeling like her best years were in the rearview mirror.
Dealing with painful arthritis and medical results that had her doctors worried, she felt trapped by her own DNA. With the added stress of being a primary caregiver for her husband, Jane needed an escape—a place to reclaim her own identity.

What started as a 12-week experiment became a 6-month lifestyle overhaul.

Jane didn’t just lose 8kg and drop three dress sizes; she rewrote her future.

Defying Genetics: After 20 years of yoga provided little change, Jane picked UP weights. By week five, she saw muscle definition in her arms she didn’t think was biologically possible for her.

At UP Strength, physical limits are just the starting line. Meet George—a warrior living with CMT who refuses to be defined by a diagnosis.

Since 2019, George has endured surgeries on both hips and his spine. He lost the ability to walk unaided. He lost the ability to even put on his own socks.

The Comeback: 50+ sessions later at UP Strength, he’s fighting back against muscle weakness every single day. His next goal?

Walking a full mile.
