Gina is determined to fight this every step of the way, she’s strong and resilient and even all that has been thrown at her she is still in high spirits.”

The family are fundraising to raise as much funds as possible to get them all to Disney Land, Gina’s wish. 🏰❤️
The money from this fundraiser will also help towards any treatment she decides to have overseas.
