What an experience!

To think that this time last year I took the plunge to full time sports therapy, and here I am after spending the day treating the Fiji World Cup rugby team 🏉

Super honoured to have had the experience, and a massive good luck to today in their game and for the rest of the tournament! 🙌🏻

Did someone say the season starts tomorrow? ⚽️

After a very crazy pre-season I cannot wait to see the lads out on the pitch battling for points and getting the miles under their belts for the season. 💪🏻

Bring on long away days and shivering in the dugout in the depth of winter, I couldn’t be more excited for the 25/26 season to be underway 🙌🏻

Game face doesn’t just apply to players apparently 😂

Loving being back on the pitch with the lads again now pre-season is in full swing 💪🏻
