We’re starting a petition for everyone to start thinking of communities as constellations.
Stars are distinct and beautiful in their own right — but when we see them as something bigger, as a constellation, they take on a different form and quality.
Each and every human is beautiful and unique in their own right. But when we come together, connected by the golden thread of relationship and belonging, something more resilient, beautiful and powerful forms.
At Folc we’re not in the business of yoga or Pilates or wellbeing. We’re here to help constellations form. 🌌

A mini retreat for anyone who needs permission to slow down or simply seeking a guided space for themselves ⭕
Our Beltane Seasonal Circle is a four hours of supported reflection, nourishing food, tea, and community of women.
Rooted in the turning of the seasons and the rhythms of life, this is a space held with care.

Folc is community.
Folc is a movement.

Many eastern traditions celebrate the beginner's mind – the openness, the curiosity, the willingness to not yet know.
In the west, we tend to skip straight to the destination.
The journey of learning, of exploration, of starting something new - we don't honour that enough.
But there is something quietly powerful about being a beginner.
That's why we run dedicated Beginners Yoga classes every week at Folc.
Spacious, unhurried, and expertly held by Jo.
As a weekly class rather than course there isn’t fixed timeline or a prescribed endpoint. Just an open door.
An opportunity to explore the foundations of yoga at your own pace, in a room that's warm, welcoming, and genuinely without judgement.
You don't need to know anything.
You don't need to be anything.
You don’t need to be bendy.
You don’t need “the kit” or equipment.
This is simply an invitation to start.

Yoga4Health is an NHS-accredited 10-week programme, led by Karen, running right here at Folc.
Designed for real people and real life, you can expect gentle movement, guided breathwork, and mindfulness in a small group of just 9.
No experience of yoga needed.
You don't need to be "flexible".
And there will be chair-based options throughout.
