Sunday long run ✅
Some days, especially after a long work week, the thought of hitting the trails is tough. Today, I felt tired and unmotivated, but with the Winter Spine on the horizon, I know these miles count.
Training (for me) isn’t just about running when it’s convenient; it’s about building the discipline to show up even when energy levels are low.
To anyone balancing a big goal with life’s demands, remember: consistency is everything, but so is listening to your body. Push yourself to show up, but don’t ignore when you need rest or recovery.
