My little Jelly-Bean 😍 she’s 22 next month and is feeling fantastic at the moment!

She wears a UV fly mask at all times right now after suffering with uveitis last summer. Has anyone else’s horse had this?

I didn’t have her eye taken out due to her age and some perhaps unrealistic optimism on my part. Thanks to the dedication of my amazing yard owner Amelia, and the advise of Bakewell Equine Clinic, she made a fantastic recovery… and although she’s almost blind in her right eye, she’s pain-free, and I can still ride her as before (which isn’t much, she enjoys the semi-retired life!)
