Cancellation Policy

Due to unfortunately still having quite a lot of last minute cancellations or no shows we would like to remind everyone on our cancellation policy

We require 48hrs notice if not attending your appointment
Failing to do this will result in 50% charge of your appointment
No shows will require to pay 100% of appointment before another booking be confirmed

We understand unforeseen circumstances happen and will try to be as understanding as possible.
We would like to say thank you for all your continued support and if you have any questions or concerns regarding this please do not hesitate to contact us.
