Apologies if you are trying to book an appointment on my website. There appears to be a technical error where it is not possible to select the length of time of a massage.
Until it is resolved, please feel free to msg me or book in and request a booking length and I can adjust it manually.

Please note, if you're travelling to me today, the Mariners Yard is not accessible by vehicle today due to roadworks on part of West Street.
Best to park on either the high street or Bonar Road and walk over.

Today is my last day of massages before I close for Christmas. Thankyou to all my clients over the last year, you've all helped me to carry on doing what I love.

Here is a reminder of my opening hours at Knots & Niggles, Selsey.
I have very limited Saturday availability.
Please bear in mind that outside of these hours I teach circus and aerial skills so my hours are limited to allow for rest and recovery.
This is to ensure I can be on top form for your massage🙂

If you haven’t had a massage session with me before, I usually recommend booking a 45 minute slot. This allows for time to find out what you would like to achieve during your session followed by a tailored massage.
If you have booked a Sports Massage, I will do a short assessment to get a clearer picture of any current issues/injuries followed by a massage for the remainder of the session.
