This industry can be one of the most rewarding, creative, and exciting jobs in the world but it can also come with moments of self doubt, pressure, difficult clients, comparison, and burnout. And sometimes, especially when you’re new, it can feel like you’re figuring it all out alone.

That’s exactly why me and Katie from love for hair are starting this.

We want to create more than just a class. We want to build a community where hairdressers can support each other, ask questions without judgement, share struggles, grow confidence, and remember why we fell in love with this job in the first place.

A space where on the hard days, you’ve actually got someone to call.

This class is for anyone starting out, anyone struggling with confidence, difficult clients, boundaries, burnout, or just feeling a bit lost in the industry.

Because the truth is you’re not supposed to do this alone.

Our first class will be on the 17th of June and honestly, we can’t wait to start building this with you all.

Welcome to my new look
This has been a couple of months in the making, and seeing it finally come together honestly feels so surreal. I wanted something that truly reflected me, my work, my creativity, and where I’m heading next as a hairdresser.
A huge thank you to tara for helping bring this vision to life and making everything feel so seamless and exciting from the start. L
And to Katie thank you for trusting me, supporting me, and giving me the freedom to create, shoot, and bring ideas to life in the salon. That kind of support means everything.
Massive love as well to my amazing Jamie for the beautiful makeup artistry and for being there throughout this whole journey. You’ve helped more than you know.
Most importantly, thank you to every single client who supports me, sits in my chair, shares my work, and believes in what I do. None of this would be possible without you guys.
This new look feels like a new chapter, and I honestly can’t wait for you all to see the images and everything that’s coming next. I really hope you love it as much as I do!

Some days feel like little chapters from the life you once only imagined and yesterday was exactly that!

From the first coffee to the final shot, the whole day felt full of creativity, laughter, chaos, glam, and those “is this really happening?” moments. Putting together this photoshoot was such a dream come true, and seeing it all come to life reminded me why I love what I do so much.

Today felt really special

I spent the day teaching at Crowning Glory, and honestly, everything just came together so beautifully. The sun was shining, the energy in the room was warm, and every single person there was just so welcoming and lovely.

We shared ideas, refreshed techniques, and embraced that feeling of starting anew there’s something powerful about taking time to invest in education and growth, both for yourself and your team.

And somehow, in the middle of all that learning, there were homemade cheese scones (yes they were as good as they sound), which made the day feel even more personal and memorable.

Grateful for opportunities like this to help salons pause, reset, and step back into their craft feeling inspired and renewed.

Some moments make you stop, breathe, and realise just how far you’ve come.

What started as a dream, a passion for making people feel confident and beautiful, and a little home salon has grown into something I could never have imagined. Today I found out I’m a finalist in three categories at the Hair & Beauty Awards UK Rising Star, Best Home Salon, and Stylist of the Year.

I’m honestly overwhelmed with gratitude. Every appointment, every conversation, every laugh in the salon chair has helped build this journey. My incredible clients who trust me, my friends and family who support me endlessly this simply wouldn’t exist without you.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you for believing in me and being part of this story. No matter what happens next, being recognised like this already means the world.
