Small tweaks will make a difference, feet grounded, shoulders relaxed and spine tall - simple movements that reduce tension in your neck, back and hips.

Try this mini Posture check:
✔️ Are your shoulders relaxed, and not hunched?
✔️Is your back supported or upright?
✔️Are your feet flat on the floor?

Just making a few conscious adjustments throughout the day will help you from feeling stiff, breathe better and have happier muscles 😊

😬 Jaw Check in!

Ever notice you clench your Jaw? Try these quick fixes:

💆🏼‍♀️Massage - Rub along your jawline & Temples
↔️ Stretch - Open Slightly, move side to side a few times
👅 Relax - Relax the tongue on the roof of your mouth, and let your jaw soften
🌬 Breathe - Slow deep breaths to release tension.

Practicing massaging your jaw muscles, and doing gentle stretches will be good for headache and stress relief.😃
